How to use it

  1. Choose a .docx file.
  2. Check the preview and conversion notes.
  3. Open in the editor or download the picture.

Best results

Documents that use Word’s built-in heading styles convert best, because those styles carry real structure. Lists keep their nesting. Paragraph text is attached to the heading above it as a note, so nothing is lost but the map stays readable.

Tables are flattened into note text and images are skipped. The conversion report lists anything that could not be read exactly.

No. It is unpacked and converted in your browser.

Can I export the map back to Word?

Export Markdown or HTML and paste into Word, or export a PDF picture. Direct .docx export is not available yet.
